How to let or sell your property with UrbanSalesandLettings
• Go to submit property details.
• Select either ‘Sales’ or ‘Lettings’ depending on which service you require.
• Choose one of the packs on offer.
• Fill in all the details as requested.
• Pay using any major credit or debit card.
• For lettings, once all forms have been completed and payment made UrbanSalesandLettings begins the marketing process. Please allow 24 hours for this to be completed. For Sales we will call to book a appointment to visit the property.
Note: This process applies to the ‘Tenant Finder’ Service for Lettings and the ‘Seller’ service for Sales.
