How to let or sell your property with UrbanSalesandLettings?

  • Go to submit property details.
  • Select either ‘Sales’ or ‘Lettings’ depending on which service you require.
  • Choose one of the packs on offer.
  • Fill in all the details as requested.
  • Pay using any major credit or debit card.
  • Once all forms have been completed and payment made UrbanSalesandLettings begins the marketing process for lettings or will call to book an appointment for sales. Please allow 24 hours for this to be completed.
  • UrbanSalesandLettings then sends a welcome pack. This includes live links to your marketing, Tenancy Agreement, Direct Debit Mandate, Rent Guarantor Form, and Inventory Checklist.
  • UrbanSalesandlettings will then forward all ‘viewing requests’ to the Landlord and/or Seller so they can contact the tenant and/or seller to arrange a convenient viewing time.

    Note: This process is applicable to the ‘Tenant Finder’ service for Lettings and the ‘Marketing and Administration’ service for Sales.
