Our basic Sales Pack is just £189.95 with ZERO commission includes the following;

• Home Visit, Photographs and Valuation

• For Sale board
• Matching suitably registered buyers to your property from our own, Rightmoves, Find a properties and Primelocations database's
• Arranging Viewings. Assisted viewings are available on request during normal office hours
• Negotiation of all offers between buyer and seller
• On-going support from our experienced advisors from start of sale to completion
• ZERO Commission all you pay is £189.95, nothing more when sold.

UrbanSalesandLettings market your property and process all administration and correspondence. We can also carry out valuations, assisted viewings, conveyancing, perform HIPS and draw up tenancy agreements.
