Please complete the form adding as much information as possible. Once your payment has been made your property will be advertised within 24 hours. At this time you will receive an email detailing everything from how to use our login function to what to do once your property is let.
UrbanSalesandLettings offer a Fully Managed Service which is available throughout England and Wales from just 7% of your yearly rental income*. This Service includes everything in the ‘Tenant Finder Plus’ package with the addition of: Monthly rent collection, assisted viewings during normal office hours, initial handover to tenant and fully management of the property throughout the term. *There is a £80 per month minimum fee for our Fully Managed Service.
