There is no need for Estate Agents to take a costly percentage of rental income /sales proceeds. UrbanSalesandLettings offer a one-off fixed fee service, our prices will not be beaten in the market!

Our Tenant Find or Marketing and Admin package is £54.95 for Lettings and £199.95 for Sales.

What does the marketing and Administration package include?

UrbanSalesandLettings 'Tenant Find' / ‘Marketing and Administration’ package includes on-line marketing on the UK's top property portals until let or sold, provision of Tenancy Agreements for lettings, valuations for sales, administration of all interest in your property, negotiation of all offers between tenant/buyer and landlord/seller and on-going support from our experienced advisors

Will UrbanSalesandLettings save me money?

Yes! Our 'Tenant Find' / ‘Marketing and Administration’ package is £54.95 for lettings and £199.95 for sales. A traditional estate agent will charge you up to 12.5% of the year’s rental, or up to 2% of the sales price plus VAT!

Is there anything further to pay on selling/letting my property?

No!

Will UrbanSalesandLettings Let/Sell my Property?

UrbanSalesandLettings will list your property on the UK’s major property portals (for a listing please visit ‘where do UrbanSalesandLettings Advertise’). These portals are proven and are the first port of call for individuals searching for a property to rent or buy. The use of these portals help UrbanSalesandLettings achieve a very high success rate.

Using Our Services

How do I upload my property?

Simply click on ‘Submit Property Details’ and follow the instructions. If you encounter any problems please call our helpline on 0845 299 7265

What information do I need to supply?

Through the submission process you will be asked for all required details. You will be required to submit photographs, property details and location, your contact details etc. If you encounter any problems please call our helpline on 0845 299 7265

How long does it take for my marketing to go live?

Please allow 24 hours for your property to feed through to our partner sites.

Where will my property be displayed when using the Marketing and administration Service?

UrbanSalesandLettings will list your property on the UK’s major property portals, for a listing please visit ‘where do UrbanSalesandLettings Advertise’.

How do my potential tenants/purchasers get in touch with me?

Tenants and purchasers will contact UrbanSalesansLettings in response to our marketing of your property. Their details will then be passed to you via your preferred contact method within a guaranteed 1 hour time frame (during normal business hours).

How can tenants contact Urbansalesandlettings?

UrbanSalesandLettings are contacted by tenants/purchasers through our listings on our partner sites. They contact us either by telephone or email.

Do you have waiting tenants for my property?

Yes! We have a number of registered tenants, and growing by the day! As soon as your property is listed you will be sent their contact details to arrange a viewing time that is convenient with you.

How long will my property feature on your partner sites if I opt for the in the Marketing and Administration / Tenant Find Service?

Until let or sold! You need to check in with us at least every month and let us know how its going though.

How much does the UrbanSalesandLettings Marketing and Administration Service cost?

The service costs £54.95 for lettings and £199.95 for sales and will be a one off initial up front payment.

How do I pay for the UrbanSalesandLettings Marketing and Administration Service?

By using the secure payment facility at the end of the upload process. Please Note: Unless payment is made in full we will be unable to commence the Marketing and Administration Service.

Are there any further fees to be paid once I’ve found a tenant/purchaser through the UrbanSalesandLettings Marketing and Administration Service?

No! There are no hidden costs. Note: There are also no further costs if your tenant renews their tenancy.

I have more than 1 property that I wish to list, how do I do this and do I receive any discount?

You will be able to list more than 1 property when you go through the upload process. The level of discounts are shown here and will automatically be calculated on check out!
