“Fantastic Professional Service - Highly Recommend!!

We listed our house for sale back in October with Urban Sales and Lettings Online Estate Agents and from start to finish I have been so impressed. My husband and I have sold two properties in the past through more traditional high street agents and I can honestly say the only difference I saw in the service level was that I decided I wanted to do my own viewings, that was my decision and for my husband it worked well. We did the maths and it worked out it saved us almost £11,000!!! It’s hard to understand why local agents charge so much more when companies like Urban Sales and Lettings do a very similar thing for such a small fee. The whole process is pretty streamlined. Within 24 hours of making my payment I got a call from a surveyor to sort out a date and time for my floor plan, we also had an EPC and photos done as well. The appointments were booked at my convenience which was really helpful. A few days after the appointments I was sent an email asking me to check everything over, there was one little change I wanted making to the floor plan which took them a few hours and then the next day the property was up and running. Literally in under a week from buying the package we had had a viewing!

We wanted a quick sale so we listed the property at a realistic price which may have helped but still we were really impressed by the enquiries we got. We had an offer from the third viewing which we initially refused, they came back with a slightly higher offer which we accepted and the sales staff were really great in going backwards and forwards. The memo of sale was sent out quickly which helped get the ball rolling between our solicitor and our buyers and we completed in weeks. All in all it was the most stress free sale we have ever been through and I can’t recommend the service highly enough!

"Absolutely first class - I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone else."

I have been thoroughly impressed by the service provided by Urban Sales and Lettings. Having had a few estate agents to value our property we decided to "take a chance" and try out Urban Sales and Lettings on the recommendation of a friend. We opted for the full service which included the EPC but at a cost of £300+VAT we have been staggered by what that has included. Within a few days of submitting our request we had a professional photographer arrive at the property, and someone to provide a floor plan and EPC. All were extremely professional and courteous! About 10 days after submitting our request the property was live and we received 2 viewings a week and no time wasters! We received the enquiry by text and email and set up the viewing at our convenience. Within 2 months we had 4 offers, the last of which we took and was exactly what we wanted for the property. Urban dealt with a few of the offers but our final offer came direct and we managed to build a good relationship with our buyers which helped with the smoothness of our exchange and completion. From offer to completion took 2 months, although we were ready in 6 weeks had it not been for the Christmas break in between. I would, without a doubt, recommend Urban Sales and Lettings Online Estate Agents to family or friends looking to sell their property.

"Excellent service and very knowledgeable, above all it works!"

When I first used Urban Sales and Lettings 3 years ago it was my first experience of an online letting or estate agents and now I use them for all 5 of my properties. The staff are knowledgeable and able to advise on the whole process of letting my property which is amazing considering the fees. My emails are answered within the hour, sometimes in minutes and the staff are polite and courteous. Above all though, the service works and saves me thousands every year. The service really represents great value for landlords!
